Brisbane West Coast Swing and Nuroc Dance Company are proud to present Charles & Janet from Sydney for a West Coast Swing weekend in Brisbane on Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th September 2010.
NUROC Dance Company has been one of the leading West Coast Swing dance companies in Australia, for a number years. Nuroc runs the highly successful ‘Best of the Best West Coast Swing Event’ each year in Sydney with Jordan Frisbee and Tatiana Mollmann (Multiple US Champions Titles).
Charles and Janet have both been to America to learn from and compete with the best West Coast Swing dancers in the USA. Charles has a wealth of knowledge in West Coast Swing teaching, competing and judging and in 2009 partnered Bianca Faber (West Coast Swing Melbourne) to perform West Coast Swing on the hit TV show ‘Dancing with the Stars’. Charles and Janet also placed 2nd in the recent West Coast Teachers division of the CMJ competition.
The weekend schedule will include 3 workshops, a dance party and a fun Jack & Jill Competition on Saturday 18th September. They will also be offering private lessons on Sunday 19th September. Further details coming soon so set aside 18th/19th Sept if you love West Coast Swing dancing!
