Brisbane West Coast Swing and Nuroc Dance Company are proud to present Charles & Janet from Sydney for a West Coast Swing weekend in Brisbane on Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th September 2010.

The weekend schedule will include 3 workshops, a dance party and a fun Jack & Jill Competition on Saturday 18th September.  They will also be offering private lessons on Sunday 19th September.

All Sunday sessions 12:30-2:30pm (Saturday 4th September 4:30 – 6:30pm). The aim of this course is to teach you 12-14 basic patterns and simple variations so that you will feel more comfortable on the social dance floor. You will also learn the basic technique of West Coast Swing, including;

- Body Leading & using your Centre Point of Balance
- Walking Like A Westie Dancer
- Anchoring
- Pulsing
- Connection
- that magical…Elastic Stretch!  ………… and much more!

This course is a must for all beginnner west coast swing dancers!

All of the workshop sessions will be held at:
28 St Barnabas Place, Red Hill
